Registration

Registration is open. All attendees are required to settle their conference fees before 31 October 2020.

Student fees:
  • Any person registered at a recognised South African University or University of Technology qualifies for the Student Fee.
  • To qualify for this rate, students are requested to upload a copy of a valid student card on the system. Alternatively, a copy of the student card can be forwarded to Renée le Roux at rleroux@mongoose.co.za.

When making a payment: All delegates should please state the invoice number and delegate’s surname on the bank transfer. Please send a copy of the proof of transfer to email: rleroux@mongoose.co.za

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be faxed or emailed. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients are in possession of an acknowledgement of receipt from the organising committee. Please resend your cancellation if an acknowledgement of receipt has not been received within 48 hours.

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Before 31 October 2020 – 100% refund (less 10% handling fee)
From 1 to 13 November 2020 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations received after 14 November 2020 (Substitutions can however be made)

Please note that refunds will only be processed after the conference.
